Yeast Rolls

5-6 cups flour
2 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. melted butter
1 1/2 c. hot water
2 eggs
Combine sugar, eggs, salt and butter. Add yeast. Add flour. Let rise. Bake 350 for 20 - 30 minutes.

To make into cinnamon rolls: Roll out dough. Cover with 1/2 c. butter. Mix 1 c. brown sugar and 1 tsp. cinnamon. Spread over butter and roll. Makes 12-18 cinnamon rolls.
