Ginger Soy Shrimp

2 lg. shallots
4 cloves of garlic
3/4 c. soy sauce
3 Tbs. ginger
1/2 c. lime juice
2 Tbs. sugar
1/4 c. green onion
1/4 c. peanut oil
1/4 tsp. pepper
Marinade shrimp and grill.
