Thai Wraps

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. creamy peanut butter
3 Tbs. soy sauce
3 Tbs. water
2 Tbs. cooking oil
1 tsp. minced garlic
1 tsp. graded fresh ginger
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
12 oz. skinless boneless chicken
1 Tbs. cooking oil
4 c. shredded broccoli slaw
1 medium onion
Head of lettuce

In a small saucepan combine sugar, peanut butter, soy sauce, water, 2 Tbs. cooking oil, minced garlic. Heat until sugar is disolved. Set aside.
Coat chicken with garlic salt and pepper.
Heat cooking oil in skillet and stir in chicken over medium high 2-3 minutes. Remove chicken and add broccoli slaw, onion and ginger. Cook oil until tender 2-3 minutes.
